Bathroom Case Study

Mr & Mrs Hogg, West Didsbury

Requirements
Mr and Mrs Hogg required a family bathroom in there recently purchased Victorian terrace. After a consultation with the client, they decided on a Victorian style bathroom to follow the traditional style of the building. The existing bathroom was situated in a small upstairs room. The decision was to move the bathroom completely into the large rear bedroom and make the existing bathroom into a walk in wardrobe.

Solution
The existing bathroom was removed, down lights installed, re-plastered, painted and carpeted. The new bathroom location was stripped out and all electrical components removed. Down lighting and extraction installed along with new plumbing throughout. The room was then plastered in full, tiled and suite installed.

Benefits
The finished bathroom was spacious, light and very much in keeping with the style of the building. Mr and Mrs Hogg were very pleased with the final result and Mrs Hogg gained a walk in wardrobe.
